The Think FLEXibly Blog
Some ideas anyone can benefit from. Our blog is intended to provide current and future clients some ideas and resources that we think are great.
This #WellnessWednesday has FLEX therapist Jessica Danilewitz looking at why tears can come out in treatment and why that is ok. CLICK HERE to visit Jessica's Wellness Wednesday blog to learn about some of the benefits of crying and why it is also alright if those tears never arrive.
